Heidolph orbital shakers for reliable cultivation and mixing

Heidolph orbital shakers are designed to provide uniform, reproducible shaking for everything from bacterial cultures and cell culture to staining, washing steps and solubility studies. With a 20 mm orbital motion, you get efficient mixing and consistent distribution of nutrients and oxygen in flasks, tubes and microplates – from gentle low-speed shaking to more intensive mixing at higher speeds.

Hei-SHAKE Orbital Core

Hei-SHAKE Orbital Core is the all-round shaker for labs that need flexibility in everyday work. With a 20 mm orbit and a speed range of 1–530 rpm, it delivers consistent, reproducible mixing for a wide range of applications. A timer (1 minute to 999 h 59 min), continuous operation and an RS232 interface give you both simple manual use and the option for remotely controlled, semi-automated runs.

Hei-SHAKE Orbital Expert

Hei-SHAKE Orbital Expert builds on the Core model with more advanced control and operator comfort. You get the same 20 mm orbit and 1–530 rpm speed range, but with a touch display, profile and favourite storage for routine methods, plus multiple interfaces (USB and RS232) for data logging and remote control. A programmable platform position with high precision makes it particularly attractive for integration into automated systems with robots or robot arms.

Hei-SHAKE Orbital Core 2000

Hei-SHAKE Orbital Core 2000 offers the same functionality as Hei-SHAKE Orbital Core, but with a larger platform for increased loading area – up to 15 kg. The integrated platform and flat 2000 rubber mat significantly increase the usable surface, making this model ideal when you want to shake more or larger vessels on the same footprint. Timer, continuous operation, RS232 interface and the option for remote control via e.g. Hei-PROCESS are also included.

Hei-SHAKE Orbital Expert 2000

Hei-SHAKE Orbital Expert 2000 combines the advanced control of the Expert model with the larger 2000 platform. The supplied platform and rubber mat provide a clearly larger installation area than the standard model, while you benefit from a touch display, profile storage, USB/RS232 interfaces and programmable platform position. A well-considered choice when you want to combine high capacity with a high degree of automation and user-friendliness.
