Sonation Sound Insulation Boxes – A Quieter Working Environment In Your Laboratory
Berner Lab offers sound insulation boxes from Sonation, designed for acoustic insulation of pumps, ultrasonic baths and water coolers commonly used in laboratory environments. With a noise reduction of up to 16 dB(A) – equivalent to approximately 80% reduction in perceived noise – they make a noticeable difference in your daily working environment.
Flexible And Customisable
Sonation offers models to suit almost all pump types. Each box comes with pump-specific lids that can easily be swapped if you want to insulate a different pump type – without investing in an entirely new box. The lid is secured with a magnetic lock (G-Lock) and can be removed quickly without tools. Cannot find a standard model that fits? Thoughtful Design
All sound insulation boxes are built from stable, powder-coated metal with 20 mm high-quality acoustic insulation material that is oil and water repellent and flame retardant. Quiet ventilation via 120 mm fans ensures optimal cooling of the pump without letting sound through. The integrated APPS monitoring system checks temperature, fan speed and pump power supply – and alerts with audio and visual signals if any deviations occur.
