Heidolph Hei-REACT 250–500 ml is a compact yet versatile laboratory reactor solution for research and development applications. The system is ideal for test syntheses, optimisation of reaction conditions and small-scale process development – when you need to control temperature, stirring and gas exchange with high precision.

Reactor Set Contents And Modular Design

The reactor set includes a Hei-REACT reactor frame, a jacketed 250–500 ml glass reactor, a Hei-TORQUE overhead stirrer and a suitable stirring tool. Thanks to the modular design, the setup can easily be adapted to different types of reactions, such as liquid-phase reactions, crystallisations or production of smaller batches.

Scope Of Delivery

• Hei-REACT reactor frame that forms the foundation for all applications. Heidolph Hei-REACT 250–500 ml offers exceptional stability for the reactor setup and unique ease of use, thanks in particular to the swivelling, spring-assisted telescopic support. The frame also includes an integrated drip tray.
• Single-jacketed glass reactor with a tall design and 5-neck lid from Radleys. The reactor enables precise and uniform temperature control throughout the reaction. The optimised and consistent geometry supports scaling of the process to larger volumes under the best possible conditions.
• Hei-TORQUE Core overhead stirrer – lightweight, compact and powerful, with a torque of 40 Ncm. Supplied with a stirrer shaft guide that ensures precise and vertical mounting of the entire setup.
• PR39 propeller stirrer with PTFE coating on both the blades and the shaft. Delivers excellent stirring results regardless of the volume or viscosity of the medium.
• Drain-down manifold (draindown manifold set) for quick and easy draining of the heat transfer fluid when changing the reactor setup. The procedure is easy to perform and requires no tools.
• PTFE-coated Pt100 temperature sensor for precise control and monitoring of the medium temperature.
• Reactor volume 250 or 500 ml.
• Lauda Universa thermostats for the reactors.
