Heidolph Hei-REACT 1–5 L is a reactor package developed for demanding development work and scale-up processes, where reliable and reproducible results need to be achieved even at larger volumes.

Scope Of Delivery

• Hei-REACT reactor frame that forms the foundation for all applications. The frame offers exceptional stability for the reactor setup and unique ease of use, thanks in particular to the swivelling, spring-assisted telescopic supports. The frame also includes an integrated drip tray.
• Single-jacketed glass reactor with a tall design and 5-neck lid from Radleys. The reactor enables precise and uniform temperature control throughout the reaction. The optimised and consistent geometry supports scaling of the process to larger volumes under the best possible conditions.
• Hei-TORQUE Core overhead stirrer – lightweight, compact and powerful, with a torque of 40 Ncm. Supplied with a stirrer shaft guide that ensures precise and vertical mounting of the entire setup, as well as an RS232 connection for integration with software solutions such as Hei-PROCESS.
• PR39 propeller stirrer with PTFE coating on both the blades and the shaft. The propeller delivers excellent stirring results regardless of the volume or viscosity of the medium.
• Drain-down manifold (draindown manifold set) for quick and easy draining of the heat transfer fluid when changing the reactor setup. The procedure is easy to perform and requires no tools.
• PTFE-coated Pt100 temperature sensor for precise control and monitoring of the medium temperature.
• Reactor volume 1, 2 or 5 litres.
• Lauda Universa thermostats for the reactors.
