The current global situation is now affecting the laboratory sector. Over the past year, several of our suppliers, particularly for consumables, have been forced to implement significant price increases, driven by higher costs for raw materials, energy and transport. These are changes we unfortunately cannot influence – but they do directly affect our purchase prices.
To continue offering high quality, reliable deliveries and the level of support you expect from us, we now need to adjust our prices to customers, with a particular impact on our consumables range. This is not a decision we take lightly, and we would have preferred to avoid it. Our hope is that this situation will be as temporary as possible, and we are monitoring developments closely so we can act if conditions improve.
We know that many labs are already under pressure – both in terms of budget and resources – and we are doing our best to find solutions that are as sustainable and reasonable as possible in the long term.
