Fast And Automated Sample Preparation With Sotax JetX™

SOTAX JetX™ MultiFlow is a fully automated extraction platform that makes sample preparation faster, more reproducible and far less labour‑intensive. From extraction to dilution and cleaning, the system takes care of the entire sequence – delivering homogeneous stock solutions, ready‑to‑inject samples for U/HPLC and full traceability in a single workflow.

Why Choose JetX™ MultiFlow

  • Fast and gentle extraction
    A continuous media jet inside the cell, with flow rates up to approx. 1,000 mL/min, enables rapid disintegration or targeted erosion of the dosage form, followed by powerful mixing in the media vessel.
  • Unattended processing of up to 30 samples
    JetX™ MultiFlow extracts five samples in parallel. With JetMags™, up to 30 samples can be processed in a fully automated, unattended sequence – from media filling to extraction, dilution and self‑cleaning.
  • Homogeneous stock solution
    Media vessels are filled automatically (with gravimetric confirmation) and are continuously mixed by integrated magnetic stirrers to ensure a stable, homogeneous stock solution.
  • Automated filtration and dilution for U/HPLC
    Samples are taken automatically from all vessels, fine‑filtered down to 0.2 μm using standard syringe filters and collected in sealed LC vials. A high‑precision micro‑dosing pump then performs accurate dilution (up to 1:100) directly in standard vials for your autosampler.
  • Validated cleaning and data integrity
    All liquid paths are automatically cleaned after each run to minimise carry‑over. With AutoDI™, the entire preparation process is logged and can be exported to lab notebooks, LIMS or other systems – ensuring traceability and data integrity throughout.
