ACCQPrep SFC from Teledyne ISCO is a compact and user-friendly system for supercritical fluid chromatography, SFC. It enables both chiral and achiral separations while reducing the use of strong solvents by up to 95 percent by utilizing carbon dioxide as the mobile phase.

The system is equipped with a powerful CO2 pump, advanced mass flow control, and automated backpressure regulation to ensure stable and precise separation. The patented gas-liquid separator minimizes contamination, prevents clogging, and ensures a high recovery rate at flow rates up to 200 milliliters per minute.

PeakTrak software simplifies method development with an intuitive touchscreen interface, allowing adjustments to gradient, temperature, and backpressure. Automatic detection of solvent and waste levels helps prevent downtime and reduces waste.

ACCQPrep SFC is a flexible solution offering bulk collection and multi-sample functionality in a system with a minimal footprint. With remote operation capability and customizable injection options, it is an efficient tool for preparative separations.
