Preparative HPLC

Efficient Separation and Purification

Preparative High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) is a powerful technique for separating and purifying specific compounds at the molecular level. It is widely used in research, production, and quality control to isolate active substances with high purity.

Benefits of Preparative HPLC:

  • Efficient separation and purification of large sample volumes
  • Used in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and the chemical industry
  • Ensures high product quality in production processes
  • Flexible method adaptation for various applications

By optimizing column selection, solvents, and operational parameters, preparative systems can achieve high purity and maximum yield. Teledyne ISCO’s ACCQPrep HP150 integrates advanced technology to simplify purification processes and deliver precise results.

ACCQPrep HP150 – User-Friendly and Precise Preparative HPLC System

The ACCQPrep HP150 is an intuitive and easy-to-use preparative HPLC system that combines high performance and accuracy with a focus on efficient purification and maximum sample recovery.

Unlike many other HPLC systems, the ACCQPrep HP150 eliminates unnecessary and complex analytical parameters, making the purification process faster and more straightforward. The system is controlled by the user-friendly PeakTrak® software, which is built-in and does not require an external computer. Software updates are adapted to user needs and are always free.

The system features dual high-pressure piston pumps, enabling precise gradients and low dwell volumes. It supports flow rates from analytical scale (1 mL/min) up to preparative columns (150 mL/min) without the need to switch pump heads. Method development is streamlined by allowing users to test a method on an analytical column and then scale up to preparative purification—all within the same system at the touch of a button.
