Our optical pH sensors are optimized for culture media and physiological solutions and can be applied from microliter volumes to production scale. You can choose from various pH sensor designs – or single-use items with integrated sensors – to get a fiber optic pH probe that truly fits your requirements. If you don’t find an optical pH sensor that suits your application in our selection, just contact us! Sensor designs can be adjusted for specific applications, and we also offer sensor integration in customized housings.

SELF-ADHESIVE PH SENSOR SPOT SP-HP5-SA
The new self-adhesive technology simplifies the integration of these sensor spots. They can be mounted in transparent glass or plastic vessels. The pH value is measured non-invasively and non-destructively from the outside – through the vessel wall. Optimized for physiological solutions and culture media, these sensors are particularly well suited for bioprocess development or pharmaceutical applications. They are available irradiated or untreated. These sensor spots are pre-calibrated and ready to use. Single-use autoclaving is possible.
SINGLE-USE PH FLOW-THROUGH CELL FTC-SU-LG1-US
The FTC-SU-LG1-US consists of a small pH sensor with a broader measurement range – from pH 4.0 to 7.5 – mounted on a color-coded stick, which is connected to a single-use T-cell. The sensor stick can also be mounted in flow-through cells of other sizes and shapes, depending on the requirements. Through an optical polymer fiber, the sensor in the FTC can be read non-invasively, and pH changes in perfusion systems can be monitored online. The FTC-SU-LG1-US is made of polycarbonate and is delivered untreated (not irradiated).
SENSOR FLASK SFS
These single-use polycarbonate shake flasks have an integrated oxygen and pH sensor at the bottom. The flasks are available in sizes from 125 mL to 5,000 mL, with or without baffles. The integrated sensors are irradiated and pre-calibrated, making the flasks ready to use. SFS flasks can be read with the SFR Shake Flask Reader or SFR vario for simultaneous online monitoring of oxygen, pH, OUR, and (in the case of SFR vario) biomass. They are used with special clamps that align the integrated sensors with the reader optics.
