COOLING SYSTEMS
If your setpoint is lower than 6°C above ambient temperature, the system must be equipped with a cooling unit.
All cooling systems are CFC-free and are activated only when needed – an environmentally friendly solution that minimizes energy consumption.
There are three cooling options available:
- Side cooling
- Top cooling
- External cooling

PRECISE CO₂ CONTROL (0–20%)
Electronic CO₂ concentration control within the incubation chamber is essential for mammalian cell culture, as it ensures stable pH conditions.
Measurement is performed using an infrared (IR) sensor, allowing control in the 0–20% range.
CO₂ control is particularly recommended for mammalian cell and algae cultivation, where stable gas composition is crucial for growth and reproducibility.
HUMIDITY SYSTEM
To minimize liquid loss during long incubation periods or when working with small volumes (such as microtiter plates), the use of a humidity control system is recommended.
An optional heated door is available to prevent condensation on the viewing window. Additional options can further reduce evaporation losses.
The humidity system maintains consistent osmotic pressure in the culture medium by reducing fluid loss over time.
Distilled water is dropped in a controlled manner onto a heated surface, and the generated vapor is directed into the incubation chamber — a method that guarantees a stable and hygienic environment for your cultures.
LIGHTING
For photosynthetic organisms such as plant cells and algae, or other phototropic species, LED lighting in a warm-white spectrum is available.
