SP quick – Fast Tube Changes And Low Pulsation

The SP quick pump head is the right choice when you need rapid, convenient tubing changes and stable flow with low pulsation. A 5-roller system keeps pulsation to a minimum, while ball bearings and stainless-steel rollers ensure smooth, robust operation. Depending on drive and tubing (wall thickness 1.6 mm or 2.5 mm), SP quick covers a flow range of approximately 0.38–3,436 ml/min, making it ideal for many routine transfer and dosing tasks.

SP standard – For Everyday Applications And Cell Cultures

SP standard is recommended for standard applications and is particularly suitable when working with organic cell cultures. Its convex rollers are designed not to squeeze or crush delicate cells, supporting gentle, reproducible pumping. The pump head is equipped with ball bearings, with rollers made of stainless steel and polyamide for durability and smooth running. Depending on drive and tubing (wt 1.6 mm or 2.5 mm), SP standard offers a flow range of approximately 2.0–4,151 ml/min.

SP vario – Adjustable For Different Tubing Sizes

SP vario is a versatile pump head with adjustable roller spacing, making it suitable for most Heidolph tubing sizes. Like SP standard, it uses convex rollers to protect organic cell cultures from crushing and is fitted with ball bearings for reliable operation. The rollers are made of stainless steel and aluminium, combining strength with precise motion. Depending on drive and tubing, the flow range is approximately 2.0–4,151 ml/min, giving you flexibility to adapt one pump head to many setups.
