Hei-FLOW Core

Hei-FLOW Core is the straightforward choice for simple, reliable conveying of liquids. The pump drive can be used with both single-channel and multi-channel pump heads, giving flow ranges of approx. 0.83–861 ml/min (single-channel) and 0.005–364 ml/min (multi-channel), with a speed range of 10–120 rpm and control accuracy of ±2%. A simple switch lets you change between single and multi-channel heads as well as reverse the direction of rotation, making Core an easy-to-use, flexible option for routine transfer and dispensing tasks.

Hei-FLOW Expert

Hei-FLOW Expert adds tighter control and external operation while remaining compact and user-friendly. Depending on the pump head, it covers 0.5–936 ml/min with single-channel heads and 0.005–277 ml/min with multi-channel heads, at 5–120 rpm and a control accuracy of ±0.5% for more precise processes. An integrated analog interface allows all functions to be controlled externally, and an optional foot switch frees up your hands for handling tubing and vessels. This makes Expert a strong choice for semi-automated workflows and applications where reproducibility and ergonomics matter.

Hei-FLOW Ultimate

Hei-FLOW Ultimate is designed for high-precision dosing and documented processes, particularly in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food applications. With a speed range of 5–120 rpm and control accuracy of ±0.5%, it delivers stable, reproducible flow conditions. Depending on the pump head, the flow range is approx. 0.38–813 ml/min (single-channel) and 0.005–364 ml/min (multi-channel). Both analog and digital interfaces enable full external control of speed, direction and start/stop, and an optional foot switch supports safe operation in closed hoods. On the device you can set speed, tubing diameter, flow display, dosing volume, interval dosing and break times, and calibrate the pump for optimal dosing accuracy – ideal when you need traceable, well-defined process conditions.
