Heidolph Cassette Sets For Multi-Channel Peristaltic Pumping

Heidolph cassette sets are designed for use with Hei-FLOW multi-channel pump heads, giving you flexible, reproducible flow across multiple channels in parallel. The cassettes are available in three sizes – small, medium and large – each matched to specific tubing diameters and flow ranges. This lets you tailor your setup precisely to your application, from very low flows to higher transfer rates, while keeping handling simple and secure.

Cassette Small – Very Low To Medium Flow

• Flow range: 0.005–37 ml/min
• For tubing with 0.9 mm wall thickness
• Compatible tube inner diameters: 0.2 / 0.5 / 0.9 / 1.4 / 2.8 mm
• Requires Two-Stop Tubing (40 cm) for operation
• Integrated stoppers secure the tube in place
• Couplings and tube extensions enable additional hose length in 1 m increments
• Multi-channel combinations:
  • C 4 pump head: up to 4 small cassettes
  • C 12 pump head: up to 12 small cassettes

Ideal when you need many parallel channels with very low to moderate flow rates, for example in screening setups or parallel assays.

Cassette Medium – Controlled Flow For Standard Applications

• Flow range: 0.24–27 ml/min
• For tubing with 1.6 mm wall thickness
• Compatible tube inner diameters: 0.8 / 1.7 mm
• Tubing available in requested sizes for your specific setup
• Multi-channel combinations:
  • C 8 pump head: up to 8 medium cassettes

A good fit for standard multi-channel applications where you require well-controlled, moderate flows across several lines in parallel.

Cassette Large – Higher Flow Multi-Channel Operation

• Flow range: 1–364 ml/min
• For tubing with 1.6 mm wall thickness
• Compatible tube inner diameters: 1.7 / 3.1 / 4.8 / 6.4 mm
• Tubing available in requested sizes to match your process
• Multi-channel combinations:
  • C 8 pump head: up to 4 large cassettes

Best suited for higher flow demands per channel, such as feeding larger vessels, transfer steps or scale-up work within a multi-channel configuration.
