The Heidolph Hei-VOLUME Distimatic Pro 24/7 Benchtop is an automation module that turns your Hei-VAP benchtop rotary evaporator into a fully automatic, around-the-clock evaporation system. Ideal for labs that want to increase throughput, reduce manual handling and run processes unattended.

Mounted directly on the Hei-VAP using the supplied bracket, the compact tower with integrated compressor handles automated filling, draining and cleaning – freeing up valuable operator time and bench space.

Smart Control For Continuous Operation

All key parameters are set via the removable 7” touchscreen control panel:

• Sensor- or time-controlled filling of the rotary flask
• Programmable timing for the coated collector vessel (approx. 330 mL)
• Control of residue removal from the rotary flask via the integrated compressor
• Automatic cleaning mode and manual operation when needed

In combination with the appropriate evaporator system, Hei-VOLUME Distimatic Pro 24/7 enables efficient, unattended operation around the clock for a wide range of applications.

Safe, Chemical-Resistant Design

For maximum safety and flexibility, all media-contacting parts – including the supplied tubing – are made from chemical-resistant materials, supporting reliable use with a broad range of solvents.
