Ahlstrom-Munksjö’s own syringe filter brand “ReliaPrep” is a premium product for convenient sample preparation and liquid sterilization. Cellulose acetate (CA) and polyether sulfone (PES) are suitable for samples containing proteins and for aqueous solutions in general. Nylon (NY), Teflon (PTFE) and regenerated cellulose (RC) are recommended for filtering organic solutions.
